Quick view form

Hi

A typical problem not sure what has gone wrong.

I have 2 entities and i was trying to change the realtionships between the two from refrential to Parental, did that worked fine after that requirement changed so i reverted the relationship back to refrential again, published all customisations, hard cleared the cache.

The issue is: Entity A's form has a quick view form for entity B and now only the fields of quick view are visible and no data.

Any ideas what could have gone wrong.

I have published everything again, individualy plus publish all, also i removed and added the quick view form back again nothing helped.

Thanks

    Hi PS10,

    It's so strange.

I tried to reproduce your situation but without success, my quick attempt still displays the fields and values normally.

-- now only the fields of quick view are visible and no data.

All Entity A's records do not display data?

Has the value of the lookup field been changed?

Have you checked these fields on the entity B? Do they indeed have values that are populated?

--If these fields on Entity B are themselves empty, naturally no values will be displayed.

You mentioned that you have removed and added the quick view form back again but nothing helped.

--You can try to remove lookup fields and quick view form, and delete the relationship, then create new for all.

    RE: Quick view form

Really appreciate your time but that article is just to tell how to add a quick view form.

If i re-phrase my question, no changes were made to the quick view form bewteen the two entities.

I only changed and also reverted back the 1:N relationship between the two entities after which for some reason the data of quick view form is not visible.

But as per your suggestion i have doubled checked and all looks same as in production(working fine) since i made changes in development(which is now not working for the above).
