Unknown error email settings

Getting an "Unknown Error" when entering the Application (Client) ID in email set up after Appling the year end update (18.5.1596).  was previously working on 2021 Year end update. (18.4.)

    Hi Rob, thanks for reaching out on forums, we should not have to continually re-enter the app ID, unless this is a new company, but we have a section of information on unknown error and what may case this in Dynamics GP and what to look at.

    There are many reasons for the unknown error, I have them listed here, in our email troubleshooting guide.

    If it is working for 1 user vs not another

    Is it working on 1 machine and not another, that is what we need to drill into

    Go down to the purple part and look at that list of items.
