ReportWe have a Dynamics HR instance that we wish to create a 'simple' URL for, e.g. hr.company.com which will redirect to our dynamics instance self service.
We have created a CNAME entry at the value of hr.company.com to point to aos-rts-sf-xxxxxxxxx-prod-northeurope.hr.talent.dynamics.com, however, we have two challenges.
- SSL Certificate error, it seems that we would need to assign a certificate to the portal to match the name of the CNAME URL, I cannot seem to find where to do this or if it's actually possible.
- Even when I view the certificate warning and accept to continue to the website, I get a 404 page not found error.
Anyone has any insights on firstly if it is possible to have a custom domain URL point to the Dynamics HR instance and if possible any articles pointing to where to set the SSL certificate.
