
Hello,
I have setup a new enviornment using sanbox trial type but could not able to install "Dynamics 365 for Sales Enterprise App". Actually it does not populate those apps under enabled list so that I can intall it under a new environment.
I have been assigned with license "Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan" but sales and customer serivice apps are not displayed.
However, under Sandbox type, I am able to get Sales enterprise app but it throw following error:
"This app can't be installed on Common Data Service environments. Select a different environment and try again"

Hi Hemal,
While creating a new sandbox environment in the Power Platform admin center, choose to enable the Dynamics 365 apps (turn on the toggle) on the second step of the environment creation. Refer the screenshot below:
Step 1: While creating a new environment, enter the required details and choose to create a database. Click next
Step 2: On the second step, turn on the toggle to enable Dynamics Apps. Click save.
This will create a Dynamics 365 environment and you will be able to install the Dynamics 365 Apps on this by the same steps that you are following. The steps are also mentioned here : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/manage-apps#install-an-app
