Hi,
When we deployed an environment, the owner was the one who initiate the deployment process in LCS. Is there any way to change the owner of the environment? Because every time we import the DB to that environment, all users got disabled apart from the Admin (environment owner).
Thanks,
Hi Yuji,
You can create a support ticket with MS to do this for you. Don't see any self service option.
That's the normal behavior. We usually enable disabled users through a custom script . You don't have to change environment owner for it.
check data elements that aren't copied during refresh on link below

Thanks Sukrut.
Where to run this script on? RDP to the AOS server?
You can create a SQL script for this and run it via the SQL server management studio on the VM.
You can also create a Power Automate flow for this. It should then have the F&O connector setup with the credentials of the environment owner.
Run your custom script through SSMS by logging in to RDP
The link below provides the details of the scripts as well.
