Cancelling a Load with Work Associated

Hello,

I am new to AX administration and am having an issue where my user attached incorrect batch numbers to a load and now he wants to cancel it and create a new load. The issue is we cannot delete it because it has work associated to it.

How do I remove the work associated so we can delete the load?

when viewing the load line, do you see "reduce picked quantity" button?
