Changes to report in Classic not showing up in RTC

I have made a number of cosmetic changes to Account Schedule in the classic client Report Designer. However these changes are not reflect in RTC in any way. Is there a significant time delay before RTC is updated or am I missing something?

The report is compiled. 

The table and ID of the report match that used in RTC.

    That is classic report designer those changes will affect only on classic report, you need to make same changes to RTC report using Visual Studio. If it is caption change or value change then it will reflect in both reports, but formatting changes should be made in both layouts. Classic and RTC.

    Can you please paste the screenshot of the designer you are using to modify report

    It is NAV 2009 R2

    Report Builder in Classic Client

    What is your NAV version? is 2013 and above and are you referring to the report builder ?

    Could you please elaborate what changes are you making on classic report and what are you expecting on RTC ?

    When you make changes the change listener listens the changes and will reflect the changes in RTC. Sometimes it will take few minutes or sometime if the service tier is not setup properly changes will not take affect

    I thought I could just use the Classic Report Designer instead of Visual Studio and it would still show up in RTC as RTC works with both Visual Studio and regular Report Designer.

    The classic layout design is different than RTC? are you modifying in Visual studio report designer for the RTC rport
