Hi there
I did a couple of test runs on a project and subsequently deleted those survey responses - they no longer show up in the feedback - but the satisfaction metrics from both responses are still there. How do I get rid of them?

This issue occurs if you delete the survey response records from CRM entity directly rather than Customer Voice page.
The only way yo get rid off this is to raise a support ticket with Microsoft and they will update it from backend.
