Hi folks,
Iām currently having an issue publishing my Business Central/Wiise PTE customisation.
I have already customised a number of pages/screens, and this has been working fine in my production environment until recently. I then made some additional changes to the customisation and was able to publish it successfully for a while, but now I am running into an issue.
When publishing the PTE via Extension Management in TEST, I receive the message shown below:
The confusing part is that publishing through Ctrl+F5 from VS Code works perfectly, and the extension/code appears to work. However, when I try to upload/publish the same extension through Extension Management, it shows as Unknown / Not Found. However it works suddenly and then stops.

Has anyone come across this before, where Ctrl+F5 works but Extension Management upload fails with an Unknown/Not Found message?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
