Dynamics 365 guest account system administrator can not see the environment in Power Platform maker or admin portal

Our client has Dynamics 365 CE online in the GCC.

They set us up as Azure AD 'Guest' accounts, gave us licenses, made us Dynamics 365 Service Admins, put us in the AD Group, and made us Dynamics 365 System Administrators.

BUT... (don't you hate those...)

When we log into Power Platform Admin or Maker portals with the 'guest' account, the Dynamics 365 environment does not show up (and in fact the portal says there is an error retrieving the environment information)

When we setup the exact same scenario but with me@client.onmicrosoft.com native accounts, all works as expected.

So, we are suspecting that 'guest' accounts can not actually be made either Dynamics Service Admin or Dynamics System Admins.

Can anyone confirm this?

Or point us to how to make 'guest' accounts administrators?

    I forgot to mention that the 'guest' accounts CAN log into Dynamics 365 successfully; just can not see the Dynamics 365 environment in the PP Admin or Maker portals.

    Hey Robert.

    I'm not sure Guest users should be able to manage environments on PPAC.  That's something usually handled by Delegated Admins (docs.microsoft.com/.../for-partners-delegated-administrator) and the admins created within the domain.
