Email pay statements to multiple workers after pay run

Hi everyone,

Is there a way we can automatically send pay statements to all the each and every active worker in an entity right after pay run in AXA 2012? Currently there is a web portal which the staff sign in to, to retrieve their statements, after every pay run.

I would like to have the pay statements sent automatically by email to each staff.

If anyone has any work around to this.
