Hi,
I am seeing some new behavior in a 365 development environment where web resources are loading even when within a collapsed tab on the form. In previous versions, if a tab was collapsed by default in the form editor then any web resources would not load until the tab was expanded by the user/javascript. We were using this to prevent loading of web resources that may only be used occasionally by a handful of users to speed up the initial form load.
Is anyone else seeing this/aware if this is a bug or expected behavior?
