We have Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise.

Is it possible to add a functional Unsubscribe button to emails, particularly Campaign emails?

If possible can you explain your requirement with some more details ? Like what are emails? Are this from outside of your organization and sent to your user?

Also your users are tracking it to the CRM ?

Thanks for your assistance.

I am a consultant assisting a client implement Dynamics 365 for CRM outcomes. Slow progressing project.

I am referring to Quick Campaign emails using Email Templates to Mailings Lists based on Contacts.

So, marketing emails which must offer an Unsubscribe option. Email responses from the external contacts would be tracked to measure campaign success.

Currently subscription is Sales Pro, which could be upgraded to Sales Enterprise.

Adding Customer Insights subscriptions are not an option due to a massive increase in cost.

Hope the above helps to explain the scenario.

Unsubscribe button in Emails

Currently Unsubscribe button are available for the marketing emails. And for that you will need a license I guess.

If needed you can create your own Unsubscribe link where on click of it will just draft an email and sent to your mailbox. Once it is received you can check subject and then make that contacts settings as Unsubscribed.
