Zetadocs Express Timeout Occuring

We are using Zetadocs Express version 6 in NAV 2013.

We have many users who use NAV through Terminal Server RemoteAPP in offices around the country.  Zetadocs in this environment allows uploading of files up to around 1Mb, but anything more than that and it appears to time out, with the error "Failed to save the document.  To solve the problem, please contact your administrator" (And of course I am the administrator! ).

I have turned on debug level logging and tested but can't find any definitive information.  I wonder if there is a timeout setting that can be made in either the Zetadocs Archive Service config file, or the client?

    Many thanks for that.  However that info seems to be for a different version of Zetadocs, I have neither of the registry entries that it mentions, nor any similar that I can find.

    Hello Sandeep,

    Many thanks for that. However while the description of the issue is very close, these are for the Sharepoint version.  We are using the Zetadocs Archive service to store the documents.  So I am guessing there must be a similar setting to increase file size on the service, however am unable to find it.  And checking on the Equisys knowledge base cannot find any articles that help.

    The recent version of Zetadocs Express for Dynamics NAV includes a non sharepoint option, Zetadocs Archive Service.  It is just a windows service that saves the files to folders and creates the links in SQL.  So we are not using Sharepoint at all.

    I checked that link.  That is for NAV 2013 R2, we are on NAV 2013 and there is no ability to upload in the web client, and I don't think this is related to the web client anyway?  I did change the settings as per the article, however the result is the same, it is timing out.

    did you restart the service? if not please do once and then check it.

    Thank you for your persistance!

    Unfortunately, even after a restart of the Zetadocs Archive Service the issue persists.
