We have some users that update an Appointment that they have access to but when they try to create a new Appointment there is an error that they do not have permission to access records. They can create Emails and Tasks with no issue. The users have full access to Create activities and business unit access to read, write, append, append to and assign. They have access to the records they are trying to create Appointments such as set regarding to a specific Account or Contact. Any idea of security access they might need that is not as obvious and I might be missing? Thanks!
