Hi,

Does anyone know the format for setting up a policy link in User Consent type question for Pre-conversation survey. This link is a bit confusing https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/administer/configure-pre-chat-survey?tabs=customerserviceadmincenter.
