How To Change Conversation Subject?

Hello everyone,
 
I am using Customer Service Live Chat, and I have a question.
 
I'm looking to change the default conversation subject from "Visitor: Name of the workstream" to a name using context variable such as "{ContextLang}_{ContextSkill} - Visitor". I have been looking in the Customer Service Admin Center, but couldn't find a way to change the conversation subject. Can anyone help me?
