Add Bookable Resource to Booking Journal

Good Day Everyone. Thank you for your interest.

The booking Journal does not have a OOB field for the Bookable Resource that is linked to the booking. What would be the best way to populate the 'Bookable Resource' Lookup Field based on the associated bookings? I am trying to track Pay for each bookable resource (employee) and eventually calculate a roll up to the Bookable Resource Entity. Any ideas would help.

    Hi Sunny21,

    You could create a lookup field on booking Journal entity and then use workflow to automatically populate the field's value when a booking Journal record is created. Please see the following steps:

    1. Create a lookup field named Booking Resource:

    2. Create a workflow to populate it's value:

    3. Save and activate it.

    Result:
