Is the "primary address" in a customer master used for the main ship to location or the customer's billing headquarters?
Hi MarybethS,
Addresses are used based on the purpose set for them. You can check this post for details on how the address purpose is used.
It is used for primary delivery location. The address on the invoice will also be same unless there is another address with 'Invoice' as purpose.
