Posted on by 120

I have a worker in my org that is not working anymore, he had personal views that are not available anymore I need to share these views with other users, how can I do it ? I thought about changing it using SQL update but in my UserQuery table I couldn't find  a column regarding share attribute, how can I change this attribute ?

    Hey bud,

There is a XRM Toolbox tool called Personal Artefact Manager that will allow you to see and assign or copy personal, views, charts and dashboards over.

One thing to note is that it won't work on a user who has their license and access to Dynamics removed. You will need to temporarily reassign a license to the user who's left so that you can assign their personal views to someone else.
