In our instance of Dynamics 365, the customer self-service portal is throwing an error when trying to view or create a case:
I can't quite remember exactly when this first started as we've experienced a lot of issues with our instance of Dynamics 365. My first interaction with support wasn't able to determine what is going on and before I try again ( or reset the whole portal), I wanted to see if anyone could determine what if anything I should try checking.
