Dynamics 365 Customer Self-Service Portal

In our instance of Dynamics 365, the customer self-service portal is throwing an error when trying to view or create a case:

I can't quite remember exactly when this first started as we've experienced a lot of issues with our instance of Dynamics 365.  My first interaction with support wasn't able to determine what is going on and before I try again ( or reset the whole portal), I wanted to see if anyone could determine what if anything I should try checking.

    Hi,

    From the error screenshot, it looks like some problem with the settings of you notes entity. When exactly you are getting this error? What have you customized related to Notes.

    With these kind of errors, it is always better to go for the Microsoft Support as it would be quicker for them to analyze the logs.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the feedback.  We receive this error when logged into the customer self-service portal (presumably as a customer) and attempting to view or create a case for submission:

    Clicking on those options results in the error.  Thanks again for the option about the logs.

    Hi,

    It seems like the issue is with the create - case & edit page. Try creating a new page to create a case record and configure that in the entity. Check if this resolved the issue.
