When wanting to edit any workflow the system gives an error

Good morning everyone, for several days a client began to appear an error when wanting to edit any workflow within AX2012.

Attached screenshots of it.

When wanting to edit any workflow the system gives an error.
In the client's TEST environment, which has the same Kernel and application version, this does not happen. Do you have any idea what could be happening?
