How can I find Project operation App or solution in D365 CE to connect F&O and CE through Dual Write?

Currently we have Project Operation License in F&O but do we require Project Operation license in D365 CE as well? Addition to this both Dual-write solutions has been installed.

I am not able to find Project Operation App / solution in D365 CE post implementing Dual-Write solutions. Please let me know if are any steps that need to be followed or do i need to procure project operation license in D365 CE?
