S-drive link in Knowledge Article

In the Knowledge Article, there is the opportunity for one to add links which redirects the user to somewhere outside of the Application.

Currently, we have our documents saved to an internal drive (S-drive) and we would like to add the links in the KA, so that when the user clicks on it, they are redirected to the internal Drive (S-drive).

Is this possible? If yes, how can it be implemented because the current solution allows for URL links only

    Hey.

Unfortunately no . The editor has options for HTTP.  Even there are other protocols (FTP, etc).  But most of them will be removed/sanitized.  Only HTTP/HTTPS is supported as a link.

In some scenarios, if you have another tool (like SharePoint) this is a valid approach
