After creating prod.BOM, Routings, and items(Using forward flushing)...,

On creating a new production(firm production order)order, On the Lines fast-tab, by clicking the ''Line'' in order to generate the components...my Prod. components page does not generate any components(i.e...d prod BOM doesn't automatically fill up the lines in the production order components page)..

Please, what could have resulted in this error?

    You need to "refresh" the production order.

    There is a action on Header actions. "Refresh Production Order"

    Please click that action.

    thanks..

    But I did that already...it was after refreshing the other I clicked on ""component'' in the line fast tab.....buh still doesn't generate it

    May be a silly question, did you add the production BOM on Item Card?

    Yeah, I added the production BOM and the Routing on the manufactured item card, while only the routing on all other component items....

    Thank you....

    Though I just got the solution which was caused by the calculation method I used on the routing line
