Hi All,

My AOS are getting crash on posting of one specific purchase invoice.

At event viewer i am getting below log.

Fault bucket , type 0
Event Name: CLR20r3
Response: Not available
Cab Id: 0

Problem signature:

Then you have only 1 option - to log new issue with MS.

Its uploaded and process but report is not generated.

I tried crash dump analysis" tool on LCS, but it is not generating any report.

You have quite "old" version of AX try to use "crash dump analysis" tool on LCS. It could advice you relevant HF or you can report this issue to MS directly.
