Portal - note shows the actual content and *WEB* in the end

Posted on by 180

Hello,

whenever i create a note in CRM and view it in portal, there is this *WEB* getting appended to the actual text. Worst thing is that it shows up in the portal for customers along with actual content. Has anyone faced with this issue and able to fix it. I'm thinking of a solution on the portal to remove it but wanted to make sure someone tried any other workaround. Or, any suggestions from microsoft.

Thanks!

    Hi partner,

As we know, if we want to show note text in the portal, we should add *WEB* before the text. I also tried in my instance and it worked well.

Could you kindly share more information about your case like screenshots or your form settings? Did you add *WEB* before and after the content? We just need to add *WEB* before text.

You could also refer to this blog about how to add note to portal and check your instance step by step.
