Updating local VM, failed at ReportingServices

Hi All

          This post follows my the latest post

          My the latest post did not update ReportingServices, so I updated it independently. But I failed.

          I updated it with two name localhost and Computer name. All of them have same error message. How could I fix? In the Local VM, do we have to update Reporting Services?

    Did you unblock the zip file before extracting it? It's mentioned in the "Note" box in step 1 in the intructions. docs.microsoft.com/.../install-deployable-package

    Error message says you don't have access to reporting services. Please check if you have proper access by running SSRS windows app and see if you can log in .

             I have already unblock the zip file before extracting it, because in my the last post, I can update everything expect ReportingServices.

             What is SSRS windows app? Is it Reporting Services Configuration Manager(RSCM)?  I can login to the RSCM.

    Yes, I was taking about reporting services configuration manager  and there you have access .  Did you check the logs to see if you get any additional information ?
