Goals not Calculating Actual revenue

Posted on by 282

Hi Guys,

I have built out several goals in CRM and they appear to be working fine until this weekend when I have several goals that do not have the actual sums appearing on them.

I look at the participating records and the data is there but the actual revenue field is not populating with this data. its very strange as I have a goal for the period of Feb that covers every deal won in the company, this works perfectly. I have other goals for each region and these are the ones affected. I have gone through the various roll up queries etc and everything seems correct as the data is appearing as I said, but its just not populating the Actual revenue field.

This shows the underlying data and the field that should populate the actual revenue field.

As you can see its blank. Ive tried recalculating etc but nothing works.

Any suggestions?

Regards

Jason

    Thank you for your reply.

What I did was removed one of the rollup queries from my goal, so I had actual rev and in-progress rev. i removed the in-progress and the recalculated and for my actual to appear. I must now go back and add back in the in-progress and see if that will work again.

If not ill reach out to MS support.

    Thank you.

The last rollup date is showing up as 02/16 even though you've mentioned that you have tried manual recalculations. This suggests to me that an error is occurring but the issue is not being reported to the user. You can try opening developer tools (F12) and try a manual recalculation to see if an exception occurs on the client side. If not there may be an error on the platform end. In which case you will need to raise a ticket with MS support to investigate.
