Trying to add an existing record in the editable but unable to add the record in the grid.

Hi,
is there any particular error/problem?
No error. The record is not visible in the grid. also the child record is not getting associated with the parent.
Late response... but unfortunately, it sounds like this is not a capability of the editable grid. Pretty annoying considering it shows the lookup dialog!

I suggest to clear your browsing data like cache, cookies and so on and try again.
In addition, can you kindly share more details like entity name or screenshot?
