Our company is switching over to GP 2018. While learning my way around the system I noticed that whenever I save a transaction in Sales Transaction Entry it clears the screen. This can be annoying for some of our users where they save their orders periodically if it is going to contain a lot of line items. In our old/current ERP system it had similar behavior, but there was a option to turn this off so that if you saved the sales document it wouldn't clear the screen.
Is there a way to stop GP from clearing the screen every time the save button is pressed?
Any help would be appreciated
There is no option but with some with custom code it can be handled. like to put some code on save button so when user click it will save the record and the retrieve it again automatically so screen will not get clear.

We will let our consultants know and see if they can accomplish this.
Is there any plans for Microsoft to build in something in to address this since adding the custom code can be annoying to add to all the necessary windows?
If enough people vote for this feature it may get in there. However, in the 25+ years I have worked with Dynamics GP this is the first request for this feature I have ever seen so I wouldn't hold my breath. If this is a must have feature contract with someone to create the customization.
