Hi All

I have endabled flow and I, as a system administrator am able to view the flow button on the CRM form as well as run on demand workflows. When other users (non sys admins) try the same they are prompted to sign in (see attached screenshots)

Its a permissions issue, but which premissions?

I have enabled read in the Process entity in the Customization tab as well as "Run Flows" and "Execute Workflow Job"

These are all that I can find related to secirity role permissions. Is there anything else?

Nick

    Hi,

    Please refer the below link:-

Check does user have the Flow licensed assigned to it or not.

    Thanks,

    Manoj.

    Thanks Manoj

The issue is that we dont want these users to actually run a flow, just an on demand workflow inside of CRM. So do we need a flow license to  allow the users to run an on demand workflow that does not touch flow processes?

Is there an alternative? such as a custom ribbom button that calls javascript to run the workflow or something similar maybe?

    Thanks for your help.

    Nick

    Hi,

Can you check if the security role also has the ‘Run Flows’ permission as shown below?

The sign-in loop can also occur due to browser cookies. You can also retry by clearing cache & cookies.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks!
