Hi There, I need to find information if it exists any issue between Remote Assist and Phone model Samsumg A30 and A31, regarding headphone connection. We tested with other cell phones and Remote Assist and the headphones worked very well, only in those models we had a problem

That's not the issue with the remote assistant, its a bug in A30 and A 31 that they don't connect the headphones seldom. I have tested the same thing with different headphones its only atx m50x which connected
