I hope this message finds you well. I'm currently facing a challenge with sending SMS messages from Dynamics 365 CRM, and I'm seeking some guidance from the community.

Problem Description:
I am attempting to send SMS messages from Dynamics 365 CRM that contain a dynamic link. The response indicates success, but the SMS is not being received on mobile devices when the message includes the dynamic link. However, if the message is smaller and does not contain a link, it is delivered successfully.

Specifics of the Issue:

The dynamic link is generated from Microsoft D365 CRM.
The message is encoded for transmission.
Successful response received, but SMS not delivered when the message contains the dynamic link.
