Where do I ask about Omnichannel Voice Questions

Hey Folks,

I looked at the list of product forums and have noticed there isn't a place for Omnichanell Voice Channel. I believe this is part of the Dynamics Customer Service package, but I'm not sure. 

My main questions usually are centered around how PVA's and the Telephone Routing works with regard to omnichannel stuff.

    If you want to get info on PowerVirtualAgents, configuration and how they work, you can point to  But if you want to discuss topics on PVA integration within Omnichannel (Bring Your own Bot for example) and the voice channel, yes, Customer Service forum is a possible good location.
