We have a customer who has multiple geographic locations. The issue we have is when one of the locations are posting a shipment the other location can't due to record locking on the warehouse activity header table and line table. This is becoming a major problem as some of these shipments can take up to 20 minutes to process, which is not good if you have trucks waiting for paperwork to ship. We are using both Nav 2009r2 and Nav 2015. Both have the same issue.

Any suggestions on how this can be achieved.

    There is customisation around this in the respect of how we filter the Get Source Documents.

    We have tested this function in Cronus and had the same issue

    Hello,

    Your shipment posting process shouldn't take up to 20 minutes. Do you have a custom string of events that fire during the shipment posting process? Do you use a third party shipping solution? Are there any integrations or customizations related to the creation of put-aways or pick creation?
