Can't send emails

Hey Guys,

i use Dynamic NAV 2018.

I can't sent emails using SMTP below error message prompt.

but i can send outlook, O365, Gmail

"The smtp mail system returned the following error failure sending mail unable to connect remote server"

    so it is an issue with your SMTP server, can you send emails by configuring those server details in outlook ?

    I can sent mail from outlook , Gmail, O365 Configuration.

    Also I can log SMTP server by web URL.

    Please check your Email configuration ports & Secure connection Settings (SSL) once again to match Configuration in NAV.
