Dear All,

We trying to setup in the Document management parameters configure SharePoint storage Options where i am trying to test connection and i am getting the below error.

Unable to communicate with the SharePoint server: XXXXX.sharepoint.com

Any body is facing such issue and how it can be solved.

Please advise.

Hi,

I have seen this error when the Admin account has not logged into the specific environment where you are configuring Sharepoint. Once the Admin account has logged in, the externalId field is populated and you are able to utilize the sharepoint integration.
