Filter Out Inactive Accounts from Default Account View

Seems simple. I am looking around into the default View in PowerApps. Looking around at filters and columns and just not figuring it out.

How can I filter out inactive Accounts from my default View?

Please and thank you.

    Hi,

In filter conditions add Status equals Active.

    Hi,

    Navigate to https://make.powerapps.com

Click Data --> click Tables --> select account--> click Views --> open view where you want to add filter condition --> at the right side bottom you can see filter --> select STATUS equals Inactive

    That's it..

    Hi Ryan,

The default view of Account is "My Active Accounts", which filters out the active ones only.

You can find the conditions in Power Apps.

You can change the conditions to Status is Inactive or just delete this condition and then save and publish the view.

The inactive accounts will be shown in your default view of accounts.

Also, you can create a new view with your own conditions and set it as your default view with the following button.

    Hi Ryan,

To edit entity view in Power Apps, follow below steps:

    1. Sign in to  Power Apps.

    2. Select Solutions in the left navigation.

    3. Solution configurations will be open, after that search entity for which you need to edit views(search account entity), and from the searched result, expand entity and and then click on view.

    5. You can add new fields from left side field list, and edit or add new filters for view from rights side configurations  Edit filters options. Now click on Edit filter to add condition for inactive accounts.

    6. In Edit filter screen, add condition for inactive filter and click on ok to save it.

    7. After that save the settings from top rights and publish it.

    8. Now for edited views, all inactive accounts will be display by selecting that view.

Or you can directly filter records form any view from entity list, by filter option.

The view filters already available in edit filter panel, on top of that you can add your new conditions, then click on apply to view filtered result data.

    I hope it helps,

    Thanks.

Thanks everyone. This marks the first time I have said 'I think this should be easy' and it actually was easy. Thank goodness.

The solution is that the filter for Columns (to hide my deactivated accounts) is on the bottom right of the screen. I couldn't find at first.

    Thank you very much,
