Show/hide choice/text fields based on selected value in BPF stage

Hello,

i am working on a Business process flow. one of the stage i have drop down values like (pending, approved, Send Back). now i want to display another drop down field as soon as they select Send Back. In Send Back drop-down i have multiple options too like (Failed, Ineligible and Other). when they select Ineligible then will display another multiple options drop-down. and if they select Other then will display Other Text field. FYI, i am using Business role but not working as i am expecting. any suggestion or idea how to achieve that? Please see the attached screenshot to understand the Business role.

HI,

The easiest way to do this is to use the Business rule.

It has one action--Set Visibility.

Or you can try to use js code to achieve it:

Thanks. you may didnt noticed attached screen shot. i have already used Business role. but problem is i cannot figure out how to show/hide second layer of condition means, i have Take Action field with options like (Pending, approved, Send Back). i was able to figure out to display Send Back reasons options set based on Send Back selection. FYI, Send Back reasons has options like (Log#, Failed, Ineligible, Other). Now problem is when selecting Ineligible not display Ineligible Reasons options set, same with other option too. it should display Other Text field as soon select Other. Also Ineligible reason options set has value for Other and should display only when they select Other. i hope you understood.
