What do I need to be a dynamic 365 crm technical consultant? I have been studying for three months. I can write plug-ins, workflows, actions, js, and custom buttons, but I still feel that I haven't learned anything.

Read/check the certification: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/certifications/power-platform-developer-associate/ and start working on the client requirements even if you can try to solve the issues coming on this community or Power Platform community.
