Hi,
Does D365 Marketing sync with Model driven PowerApps as opposed to say the first party Sales Ent and Sales Pro Apps?
We have a scenario where a client wants to use PowerApps for an operational process and doesn't require the full Lead to Opp process but may wish in time to send marketing related content to the contacts in the PowerApps database. Is this possible?

Currently, Dynamics 365 Marketing, like other Dynamics 365 model apps (Sales, Service, etc.), can only be deployed on CE environments (also known as orgs).
My understanding is that yes you can use Dynamics Marketing and also build PowerApps in the same environment. If you do not have or need any other first party Dynamics CE apps, you would initially get a standalone Dynamics Marketing license which when installed would give you a dataverse provisioned environment. Then you could give some users additional PowerApps licenses and build custom model driven apps in the same environment. Contacts for all apps would be the same shared pool of dataverse contacts in that environment. However please note the installation order above, you can’t retrospectively add-in Dynamics CE apps to a dataverse only/power platform environment which wasn’t set as “Enabled for Dynamics apps” when installed so would need to have this in place or lead with a Dynamics Marketing install.
