Error when executing Assets roll forward report to excel

Hi All

I wonder if I'm the only one getting this error. I'm trying to run my Fixed Assets roll forward to report in UAT/Sandbox and I'm getting 3 errors,

error 1 is

An error occurred while exporting data.

error 2:

An error occurred during the 'Format mapping' run. For more information, contact your system administrator.

and error 3 is:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

i don't get this error in production and when I run it exports the data to excel correctly. But when I run the exact same process in Sandbox i get these errors, has anyone had these issues?

Regards

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Ramon,

Do you have any customizations done to this report in Sandbox, which might not be present in Prod?

Hi Gunjan, i did take a look to see if anything has been modified by the previous Admin but find nothing that looked out of place. it's a real odd error to get. was hoping that after upgrading UAT to version 13 the issue would go away or at least give me a usable error code , but I'm getting nothing but the same error code I was in version 9 and version 10

    Hi Ramon,

Please check that you have the very latest version of the electronic report downloaded from LCS.

In the past there were some issues with this one that are however fixed now.

What might help is deleting the ER and downloading it once again from LCS.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Hi Ludwig, i have tried to delete and re-import the fixed assets roll forward XML file in UAT, however, I get an error that I do not have permission to load the file. Odd as I am the admin on the environment, is there separate permission set for the import function

    Hello Ramon,

Were you able to re-import the configuration? Did that resolve this issue? Let us know when you have a moment.

    Thanks,
