Hi!
Within the customer voice application it is possible to define variable for dynamic content such as in Dynamics Marketing. However if I link a survey with an e-mail in dynamics marketing (did also put the survey within the e-mail element section in the customer journey) and send it via a customer journey - the variables I defined within customer voice wont get replaced with with the name of the contact ( {{firstname}} ).
Is this not possible?
