Updating from Ax2012 R2 CU7 to CU9.
Downloaded CU9 setup from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=57845
During installation process facing an error
Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_ModelElementData_ElementHandle'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.ModelElementData'. The duplicate key value is (912194, 1).

have followed below link, according to this blog need to install one hotfix but currently mentioned hotfix in link is no longer exist.
Appreciate any help ASAP.
