What do you get if you click on "opciones de inicio de sesión"? as far as I've seen, community.dynamics.com/.../can-b2b-guest-users-access-the-dynamics-365-mobile-app if this is a gmail account or something like that, you need to have a valid B2B Guest account. This also points to using an URL authentication (instead of default).
Also, on Field service you have the following official documentation learn.microsoft.com/.../mobile-power-app-faq that points to using deep links. MIght be worth trying

I suggest using a Microsoft account instead.

Answer from Microsoft support: "There is no possibilities of accesing the mobile app with google accounts". :(
Unfortunately, it was not a joke; Your client will need to use a Microsoft account to use this functionality.
