Hi everyone
As per Microsoft Technet, I can use queues to assign manual decisions to users (technet.microsoft.com/.../dd309606.aspx). However, in my workflow on the Invoice Register (a standard workflow under the Purchase Ledger), when I want to assign to a queue, no queue is listed whether I choose "Work Item Queues" or "Conditional Queues". I guess the underlying reason is that there is no queue document that is associated with this workflow. Although it is then beyond me why the option to assign to queues would be available.
So, what am I missing? Does this need to be customised? Am I missing an option somewhere?
