Use Power Automate (Flow)
Set up a Power Automate flow that triggers when a new order or invoice is created or updated.
Retrieve the PDF document from Dynamics 365.
Save the document to a designated SharePoint folder.
Configure Print Management in D365FO
In Print Management, set the destination for invoices and order confirmations to File.
Choose SharePoint as the file destination.
Ensure the file naming convention includes relevant details (e.g., Order ID, Invoice Number).
Use Docentric for Advanced Document Handling
