Problem with the inventory valuation process

I have a product that has a list of materials and was cost in 2009 as an average cost. Today, when changing the list of materials,
the system in the inventory valuation process is taking days to recalculate. Has anyone else had this happened to them?

    Can you confirm what specific task is taking days? Is it when you run the inventory valuation report? Or when you run adjust cost item entries?

    Hi, t seems to be related to the Automatic Cost Adjustment setting? For example, if it is set to be calculated once a week, it will need to be calculated before it can be confirmed in inventory valuation.

    No, we have a task that runs daily, the problem was that, when changing the bill of materials, it started recalculating the entire history again.
