I want to ask, is it possible to "Make Phone Call" in Navision 2009R2 or in any version when we click on small icon of phone on Customer card. If it is possible then to "Make Phone Call" through Navision then please advice me how will I do it and what will be the process and steps for doing this, is there any setup will required or anything. The main purpose is when I click on "Make Phone Call" then directly "skype" or "Jabber SDK" interface should be open instead of Navision Interface for outgoing calls.
